This one-and-one-half story square-plan residence rests on a cinderblock
foundation, is sided with drop siding, and presents an unadorned facade
to the street. The steep gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and
has partially returning eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular
to the street. A block chimney rises alongside the simple front entry,
cutting through the overhanging eave above the facade.
