This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a flush front entry. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central
front entrance with 2/2 vertical double-hung windows and a bay window .on the
north. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features
boxed eaves and an exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel
to the street. Outbuildings include an attached garage.
