This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a symmetrical facade consisting of a central front entrance with fixed and double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in board and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and features a cross gable enclosed front entrance. There is a concrete block chimney with a metal stovepipe. The outbuildings include a garage. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
