This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a slightly recessed front entry, and an attached carport to the side. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows . There is also a large bay window on the right. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and lies parallel to the street.
