Discuss significant architectural features. This attached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed bay entry. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a high concrete foundation. The double-hipped roof (one in front) is covered with green asphalt shingles and has a chimney and overhanging eaves. The axis of the intersecting hipped roof is perpendicular to the street.
