This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan
with a two-bay facade that is symmetrical and consists of an offcenter front
entrance with 2/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in
board and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
green asphalt shingles and features a shed dormers. The axis of the roof is
parallel to the street.
