This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a flush entry above concrete steps. The facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a probable concrete foundation. The flat roof has a stepped parapet with a detailat the front edge.
