This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with a symmetrical facade consisting of a central front entrance with fixed and 6/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in board and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features a concrete block chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street with a front-facing intersecting gable.
