This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a symmetrical facade consistsing of an offset front entrance with fixed windows . The frame construction is finished in board and battenand rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with maroon asphalt shingles and features a central concrete block chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. A shed roof has been added to the side creating a car port.
