This detached one-story double=family residence has a square plan with a
symmetrical facade consisting of a front and side entrance for each of the
two apartments. The windows are casement and covered with awnings. The
frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation.
The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging
eaves and a metal stovepipe. Outbuildings include a garage.
