This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a hooded, bracketed gable entrance and 1/1 double-hung windows . The frame construction is finished in masonite siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features hooded, gabled dormers and a rear brick chimney. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the street with a front-facing intersecting gable.
