This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a flush front entry over a concrete stoop. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance flanked by 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage and a house.
