This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a shed-roofed overdoor. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consistscf a central entrance flanked by 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with light tan asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There is an interior metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
