This one=and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed entry to the side under a small gable-to-shed roofed extension of the main block. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with casement windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable-hipped combination roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features dormers and boxed eaves and a central brick chimney. The outbuildings include a garage.
