This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an enclosed front vestibule under a shed roof and having a side entrance. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central vestibule with casement and fixed windows. There is a shed-roofed bay window on the south. The frame construction is finished in shiplap siding and rests on a 12' concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with rust-black asphalt shingles and features a shed extension to the rear. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a detached rear garage.
