Wicant archiie-Mral features. This detached one-story single =family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable-roofed enclosed front entry. The front facade is asymmetrical and con- sists of an off-center front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows with shutters. The frame construction is finished in metal drop siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and has a central masonry chimney and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpen- dicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage with a gable roof, cottage sash, drop siding and an exterior masonry chimney.
