This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an enclosed gabled entrance bay with a smaller gable overdoor above a recessed
entry. There is an attached garage to the side. The three-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of an off-set front entrance with fixed and 2/1
double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green
asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a metal stovepipe. The axis of
the roof is parallel to the street.
