This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a flat roofed enclosed front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance flanked by 1/1 double-hung
and sliding sash windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There is a central concrete block
chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings
include a garage.
