This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
overhanging eaves protecting the front facade. The one-bay facade is
symmetrical and consists of a side-facing entrance with 1/1 double-hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and rests on a
concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shakes and
features boxed eaves. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
Outbuildings include a garage.
