This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a shed roofed addition over the rear second floor. The one-bay
facade is symmetrical and consists of a central flush entry with 1/1 double-
hung windows. The frame construction is finished in hardboard siding and rest
on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey-green asphalt
shingles and features dormers, boxed eaves, and a projecting gable roof
over the central portion of the front facade. The axis of the roof is
Parallel to the street. There is a central metal stovepipe. Outbuild-
ings include a garage and an attached shed.
