This detached one-story single-family residencehas an L-shaped plan with a
hipped roof front porch with wrought-iron railing. The two-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with
1/1 double-hung and fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in
weather boarding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered
with brown-orange asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. The axis of
the roof is perpendicular to the street.
