This detached one-story singlefamily residence has a rectangular plan with an
enclosed asymmetrical gable-roofed front vestibule. The two-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows
The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with shingles and features boxed eaves and two metal
stovepipes. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings
include a garage of cedar shingles.
