This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an irregular L-shaped plan with an attached garage with flat roof, a flat-roofed back addition, and a shed-roofed front and back porch. There are fixed windows and 1/1 double-hung windows in the structure. The frame construction is finishe in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red and grey asphalt shingles. Outbuildings include a gable-roofed playhouse with a wrought-iron railing.
