This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a
back porch addition and new beveled siding, and an open front porch. The
structure features 5/1 fixed windows and 1/1 and 4/1 double-hung windows, as
well as casement windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding
and rests on a cinderblock foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey
asphalt shingles and features dormers and overhanging eaves. There is a
central brick chimney. The outbuildings include a garage.
