This detached one-story single-family residence has a greek cross plan with
a door on the south side. The structure features fixed and 1/4 double-hung
windows with lead glass in the upper part of the fixed window. The frame
construction is finished in asphalt shingles with board and batten on the
front porch. It rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered
with grey asphalt shingles. Outbuildings include a garage.
