This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a metal carport to the side. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off- center front entrance with 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in metal siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a metal stovepipe. Outbuildings include a shed.
