This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with two front entrances, one side-facing off the front gable bay and the other on the front facade of the main back block. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of offset front entrances with 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shingles and features boxed eaves. The main axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street with the intersecting gable behind.
