This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed
front porch with a shed roof. The garage is attached to the house. The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed
and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with grey asphalt
shingles and features a central brick chimney. Outbuildings include a shed.
