This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed front porch. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and featuers a rear brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a lean-to on one side.
