This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan
with a gable overdoor on brackets above the central front entrance
and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is covered with
asbestos shingles and sits on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof
is covered with green and white asbestos shingles and has a central
chimney. There is a shed-roofed back porch, and a detached garage.
