This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed front porch across the front facade and an enclosed shed- roofed back porch. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and features 1/1 doublehung windows. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof lies perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a shed.
