This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed overhang across the front facade and a flat-roofed carport to one side. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. Windows are 1/1 double-hung and fixed. The front porch has two accesses , one from either side. The hipped roof is covered with red and grey aThalt shingles and lies perpendicular to the street. It has two brick chimneys on the main roofline.
