This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a hipped-roofed side-porch entrance and a pair of shuttered 212 double- hungs dominating the front facade. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and rests on a concrete foundation. The cross-axial roof is covered with green and white asphalt shingles and there is a two-car attached garage. The main axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
