This detached one-story single-family residence has a large addition to the rear for a garage with a shed roof, and an enclosed gable-roofed front entry. There is also a gabled rear entry. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. Windows are 2/2, and 4/4 double-hung windows. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and has a metal flue on the south side. Outbuildings include an attached garage addition to the rear.
