This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an arched overdoor above the central front entrance and fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows with metal awnings. The frame construction is finished in 6" lap siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped-gable combination roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and has an attached garage.
