This detached one-story single family residence has a rectangular plan with a bracketed hood over the front door. . The asymmetrical facade consists of an off-center front entrance with 3/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction rests on a concrete foundation and is covered with shingles. There is a gable- roofed addition on either side of the main block. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves. Outbuildings include a metal building in back. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Nationali- zation Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
