This detached one-story single-fmaily residence has a square plan with an
enxlosed hipped -front porch, and a shed-roofed addition to- t4e rear. The
frame construction is finished in asbestos siding, which is altered from the
original , and features 1/1 double-hung and fixed windows. There is a coverin_
over the concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with cedar shingles
and has a gabled dormer to one side. The axis of the roof is parallel to
the street, but the roofline of the structure faces the side, not the front,
of the property, with the front entrance facing away from the street.
