This detached two-story apartment building has a rectangular plan with symmetrical
entrances on both levels , the upper entrances accessing balconies. The brick
construction is finished in vertical boards and rests on a concrete foundation.
The gable-hipped combination roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and
protects the recessed balcony areas as well . Windows are casement and fixed.
The mainaxis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
