This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed overhang above a recessed entry. The frame construction is finished in hardboard bevel siding in 6" widths , and windows are casement and fixed with awnings. The foundation is of concrete, and there is an attached garage to the south. The gable roof is covered with tan asphalt shingles and has a masonry chimney on the north side. The axis of the main roof is perpendicular to the street.
