This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a flush front entry. The frame construction is finished in 12"
hardboard siding with 2" vertical siding in the gable ends. The structure
sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt
shingles and has a central metal flue. The windows are 1/1 double-hung
and fixed. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the street. There
is an attached one-bay garage with separate entrance and lower gable roof
on the same axis.
