This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an asymmetrical facade consisting of a glass-paned front entrance with fixed
and 1/1 casement windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green
asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a central chimney. Outbuildings
include a garden shed of metal .
