This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square
plan with an enclosed projecting front entry. The single-bay facade
is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed awning-
type windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and
rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. The axis of the roof is
perpendicular to the street.
