This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an enclosed shed-roofed front porch. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and features a central exterior brick chimney through the shed roof and centrally located on the second story. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and rests on a concrete with brick in front foundation. The gable roof is covered with red and white asphalt shingles and features dormers. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
