Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an attached metal carport and also a metal garden shed. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance flanked by fixed and double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and board and batten and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There is a metal stovepipe. The axis of the room if parallel to the street.
