This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with an
attached two-car garage. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of
an offset front entrance flanked by double-hung windows with awnings. The frame
construction is finished in vertical wood and vertical beveled tongue-and-groove
and rests on a concrete foundation. The low-pitched shed and gable combination
roof is covered with composition siding and features boxed eaves. There is
an interior metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
