This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with an enclosed front entry with gable roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance flanked by fixed and 4/4
double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in cement asbestos
shingles and V-groove wood on the front gable over the porch. The gable roof
is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a rear metal
stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings
include a garage.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
Significant Statement: This structure qualifies as a contributing element
within a potential historic district due to its associaton with the residential
aspect of the Nationalization Phase of Bozeman's historic/architectural development.
