V)L L I�A�V V I w4a This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed front entry with gable roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance flanked by fixed and 4/4 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in cement asbestos shingles and V-groove wood on the front gable over the porch. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a rear metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
