This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan. The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance
flanked by double hung windows with 4/4 sash arrangement. The frame construction
is finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof
is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a central brick
chimney. Outbuildings include a garage.
