This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an attached one-bay garage and an inset side-facing front entrance centrally
located on the front facade. The windows are sliding sash and casement and
the frame construction is finished in horizontal siding and brick veneer.
The slight hipped roof lies parallel to the street. The foundation is of
concrete, and the roof material is green asphalt shingles. There is a masonry
chimney at one end, and a solar panel on the roof.
