This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an attached one-bay garage and a front-facing gable extension which includes
a side-facing front entrance. The frame construction is finished in brick
veneer and hardboard siding and is resting on a concrete foundation. The gable
roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and has a metal flue to the rear.
Windows are casement and fixed. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the
street.
