This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with an
attached garage under the main roof. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an off-set front entrance with fixed and casement windows. The
frame construction is finished in beveled siding and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with red-grey asphalt shingles and has a
metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof isparallel to the street.
